“梳一次，等于燙三次”，這是在毛皮機械領(lǐng)域深耕多年的專家型企業(yè)家也是本公司創(chuàng)始人王總的說法。梳毛指將毛被的結(jié)毛、銹毛梳理分開、疏直、梳松散，同時清除毛被中的灰塵、雜物、浮毛等，使毛被蓬松、靈活、毛干豎直，便于后續(xù)的剪毛、燙毛等加工和對加工效果的觀察。適合購置多臺在粗剪、精剪、燙毛等工序前梳理毛皮。
2、粗剪
通過粗剪機對生皮的毛被進行修理，去除多余的毛長，增加毛被的齊整性便于后續(xù)加工，也能降低后續(xù)加工的成本避免浪費。
3、去肉
去肉機可以清除皮張肉面的殘肉、脂肪及一些皮下組織，在去肉的同時也能展平皮張，去除皮張中多余的水分。
4、劃槽

5、轉(zhuǎn)鼓

7、濕磨革
在皮革濕潤的情況下通過磨革機對皮張進行磨削加工，既能細化觀感均勻厚度提升手感，去除傷殘瑕疵為后續(xù)加工做好準備，又能適當延展皮革增加面積，還能減少粉塵污染。
8、做軟
皮革干燥后會變硬、縮小、翹曲變形不利于后續(xù)加工，這時需要做軟處理，使皮張具有一定柔軟性、延展性和平展性并增加皮張面積。本公司生產(chǎn)的臥式、立式拉軟機則專門解決這些問題，
9、干磨革

The speed of the skin wire mesh conveyor can be adjusted from 2 to 15 meters/minute. The felt apron conveyor is fitted to specially prepared support which enables the conveyor to be changed without the need for dismantling. With the same support, the pressure, angle, and contact area with the skin against the ironing cylinder can be adjusted.

Pneumatic long wool ironing machine（GLWI-70-N）is a general leather processing equipment which was developed by Giantey several years ago and had been improved continuously thereafter. This machine is especially suitable for ironing skins with long wool. It can easily open the wool of the skins, both dyed and undyed.
The outside of the ironing cylinder is made of anti-erosion materials. The cylinder is heated by 36 armored resistant heating tubes, which are connected outside. The temperature is controlled by an electronic temperature controller. The thermocouples used by Giantey are capable to show the surface temperature of the ironing machine correctly, which ensures the best ironing effect.
While ironing, the operator should place the skins on the felt conveyor. The ironing bench should be placed on the frame so it can be adjusted. The operator can adjust the pressure applied by the ironing machine to the surface of the skin, and the skin-cylinder contact angle and area. Therefore we could iron the wool as longest as possible.
At the same time we also equip the machine with an electronic control box and a security protector.
